We will take down your requirements and source appropriate venues. Whether that's a hotel, a conference centre, an unusual venue or to use a phrase said to us most days 'Find me something different'.
We will negotiate the rates - to suit your budget
When you have made a decision
We will send you a confirmation showing What you have booked, at what price and at what saving. We will then send the hotel a confirmation showing the same information.
We will amend this confirmation as many times as you need us to.
And if everything changes as tends to happen in todays world, we will cancel the booking on your behalf and negotiate any charges.
